Spicy Coconut Tuna Steaks
Ingredients:
4 tuna steaks (about 6 oz each, fresh or thawed)
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1-2 tbsp sriracha or other hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp coconut oil (or vegetable oil) for cooking
Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Lime wedges, for serving
