Pollo guisado delicioso y muy fácil
Preparación

Ingredients
2 Pounds Chicken cut into pieces
1/2 large tablespoon Sazón Complete Maggi
2 Units Garlic mashed with salt
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
2 Large Tablespoons Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon sugar
3 large tablespoons tomato paste dissolved in ½ cup hot water
1 Unit Chopped White Onion
1 piece chopped cubanela chili pepper
1 bunch chopped cilantro
2 large tablespoons olives and capers
1 cup of water

1. Season the chicken with MAGGI Complete Seasoning, garlic and oregano, in a cauldron, bring the oil to the heat, add the sugar, when it has a caramel color, add the chicken, stir constantly until the chicken takes on a golden color.
