Elaboración
Paso 1. Lavar la carnes, utilizando suficiente sal, vinagre y agua. Asegúrate de lavar y desinfectar bien
Paso 2. Licuar todos los sazones ( excepto la pasta de achiote y el aceite
Paso 3. Sazonar bien las carnes utilizando el sazón que licuamos previamente
Paso 4. Precalentar un cardero, seguido añadir el aceite y la pasta de achiote, dejar derretir
Paso 5. Vierte las carnes en el cardero y dejar cocinar sin agregar, hasta que dore bien! Recuerdas mover a menudo para que se vaya cociendo uniformemente
Paso 6. Pasado este tiempo, vamos añadir el agua y a cocinar hasta que estés bien blanda.
