Elaboración
Paso 1. Lavar y desinfectar la carnes con la sal, y el vinagre que tenemos extra
Paso 2. Sazonar la carnes con los sazones mencionados (excepto la pasta de achiote y el aceite de oliva)
Paso 3. Precalentar un cardero, luego vierte el aceite y la pasta de achiote. Dejar disolver
Paso 4. Vierte la carne, cocinar a fuego bajo sin añadir agua hasta que estés bien dorada. Luego vierte las 4 tazas de agua y cocinar por 20 minutos
Paso 5. Retirar la carne del cardero y dejar el caldo. Luego, lavar el arroz y verter en el cardero. Permite que seque toda el agua.
Paso 6. Ahora vierte la carne en el arroz, mueve para incorporar y tápalo por 25 minutos y listo

Ingredients
2 pounds of rice
2 pounds pork
4 cups of water
1 teaspoon of ground oregano
1 large tablespoon of crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon maggi chicken broth
1 Tablespoon of annatto paste
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 Tablespoon onion powder or 1 whole piece of onion, cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 piece of red Cubanola chili

Step 3. Preheat a cardero, then pour the oil and annatto paste. let dissolve
Step 4. Pour in the meat, cook over low heat without adding water until well browned. Then pour the 4 cups of water and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5. Remove the meat from the lamb and leave the broth. Then wash the rice and pour into the cardero. Allow all the water to dry.
Step 6. Now pour the meat into the rice, stir to incorporate and cover it for 25 minutes and that’s it.
